Are you a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive with experience in water / wastewater infrastructure, looking to step into an executive role with a rapidly growing contractor, where you can make a huge impact in the company's growth?

The company is continuing to expand its water and wastewater division following major project growth and is looking for a Project Executive to lead multiple high‑value infrastructure projects while working closely with executive leadership.
This position is based out of the Hartford headquarters, with travel to project sites across Connecticut and Massachusetts. You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, drive project profitability, and play a key role in the long‑term growth of the division.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager or existing Project Executive looking to progress further into executive construction leadership within a company known for its culture, stability, and growth opportunities.
The Role:- Lead multiple water / wastewater infrastructure projects
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Work closely with executive leadership and department heads
- Oversee client relationships and contract management
- Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
- Support the continued growth of the infrastructure division
- Senior Project Manager or Project Executive background
- Experience with in water / wastewater infrastructure construction
- Strong knowledge of MEP, piping, utilities, and complex infrastructure projects
- Experience managing large‑scale construction projects and teams
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into executive leadership
- Proficient with project scheduling and construction management software
