Overview
Title:
Project Manager / Sr. PM. Construction (water and wastewater treatment facilities)
Pay: $115,000 to $200,000.
Bonus: performance-based bonuses tied to company and project profitability.
Type:
Full Time, Exempt.
Reports to:
Director or VP.

- Adhere to and promote the company’s professionalism and culture standards, ensuring maintaining cooperative, positive, and loyal behavior.
- Direct, monitor, and manage any construction project accepted by The Associated Construction Company (ACC).
- Drive, lead, and manage on-site logistics.
- Promote and adhere to safety standards.
- Manage project financials, provide accurate forecasting, keep an accurate and timely budget, submit on time and accurate requisitions, develop and communicate financial forecasts, effectively manage all project change orders, and ultimately meet or be under project estimates/budget.
- Accurately create and track to completion the submittals.
- Complete within early timelines the buyout/procurement for the project.
- Track and drive construction quality.
- Proactively plan for the punch list and effectively complete it on time and within standards.
- Complete closeout within standards.
- Manage owner/client relationship.
- Manage all key stakeholders.
- Track, drive, and manage the relationships of sub-contractors (along with Superintendent).
- Ensure the work site is kept organized, optimal flow, safe, and clear.
- Follow and deliver results for all company processes related to construction management and role of ----Project Manager, and supporting team members.
- Collaborate with cross department staff to provide deliverables and own your part of company-wide processes.
- Operate and own all requirements with project software.
- Be the operational leader on site for the project team and be accountable for all of the project.
- While being their leader, also partner with and build up your teammates.
- Oversee and ensure optimized field labor management.
- Plan, monitor, and track all project resources.
- Maintain, track, and communicate outcomes of the RFI log.
- Lead the planning and scheduling of projects, from end-to-end and on-going.
- Accurately and efficiently completes all software functions, including but not limited to Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 tools, and more.
- Understand all technical and design requirements and manage them within the project according to contractual requirements and company processes and policies.
- Know the legal contract, extract key items, protect the company, and ensure all contractual requirements are met.
- Monitors compliance to applicable to Federal, State, & local Regulatory Agency requirements.
- Produces and communicates all project reporting requirements. Ensure successful close out of each project with completed work, all financials closed, owner requirements are met, quality is met, liabilities are mitigated or non-existent, and company processes are closed.
- Assist with innovating new methods for project management processes.
- Maintain a flexible approach to adapt with company changes.
- Provides on-boarding and training for others.
- Be flexible and conduct other duties as leadership assigns to support changes in the company and project demands.
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent with demonstrated proficiency in software applications, construction processes, math requirements, etc.
- Must have good math skills: such as basic algebra, construction partial geometry and trigonometry, and standard practical math for fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Drafting familiarity.
- High proficiency with computers.
- Highly adept with learning new software.
- Prefer experience with Procore.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project Scheduling.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel.
- High proficiency with typing.
- Proficient writing skills.
