Project Superintendent

For the position of Project Superintendent, the candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 8‑10 years of field experience in both the public and private sectors managing projects in excess of $10 Million.

• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate daily with key project stakeholders and represent the company’s best interest
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
• Proficient in Document Management Software (Procore or similar)
• Proficient in Blue Beam Revu & Blue Beam Studio
