Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction Projects

• Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
• Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Manage the Project Budget and the requirements of the Contract
• Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore)
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts
• Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development
• Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews
• Implement the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan
• Manage and develop all Project Managers

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
• 8+ years of experience
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
• Travel Requirements 40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Demonstrates expertise in Project Management, including budget oversight, vendor negotiation, and quality assurance. Proven ability to lead teams and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring project compliance and safety.
