• Electrical construction industry experience required (not general construction)
• Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects
• Strong portfolio spanning commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial work
• Solid understanding of design/build project delivery
• Local to Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County, NY (hybrid on-site/office)

Step into a career-defining leadership role with an established electrical contractor known for complex, high-stakes builds. You'll own projects from pre-construction through closeout, working across hospitals, data centers, commercial fit-outs, and more.

• Manage full project life cycles: budgeting, pre-construction, execution, and closeout
• Lead engineers and subcontractor teams to hit schedule and budget targets
• Oversee installs of UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, and data/communications systems
• Build and own client relationships as the primary point of contact
• Navigate regulated environments including healthcare and chemical plants

Project Types You'll Touch:
Commercial fit-outs, hospitals and medical office buildings, assisted living facilities, data centers, and chemical plants.

• Background as an Electrical or MEP Project Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A drive to take full ownership of high-impact projects

Compensation: $125,000, $160,000+, negotiable for the right candidate.
