Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time role, responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role coordinates project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring that work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing subcontractors and vendors, facilitating inspections, tracking materials and equipment, and resolving issues that may affect timelines or costs. The Project Manager collaborates closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams, provides regular progress updates, and maintains accurate documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate site operations, deliveries, and workflow sequencing.
  • Experience in commercial construction or related sectors (education, healthcare, industrial, or institutional projects) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, OSHA 30) are a plus.
