You’ll serve as a strategic and trusted partner to the account team, creative and client teams. You’ll exhibit outstanding editorial judgment and achieve the highest possible standards for all materials, regardless of medium. Strong knowledge of the client’s business, voice and style guidelines is essential.
** Key responsibilities
** Possess a deep understanding of the health insurance industry, client’s health benefits products, audiences and business objectives, and execute on copyediting that aligns with the client’s goals3+ years of health benefits insurance marketing and communication expertise

Employee benefits knowledge and experience Experience using plain language techniques to simplify complex content and jargon

Ability to deliver constructive, professional feedback to writers Proven experience upholding brand standards and project guidelines Knowledge of/willingness to learn and use AI to proof and/or enhance copy Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to adapt style of copy to various audiences, purposes or media

Strong organizational skills and an eye for fine detail HTML- and SEO-driven copy experience for web and email Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Experience working within a CMS (e.g.: Word Press, Joomla, Drupal) a plus Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
** Education requirements
** Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience)
