What You’ll DoAs a Service BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to manage the service schedule and keep our clients informed.
- Manage Communications: Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Schedule Success: Coordinate and book service appointments efficiently to maximize shop flow.
- Keep Customers Informed: Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
- Build Relationships: Use your professional "phone voice" to provide a welcoming and helpful experience every time.
