What You’ll Do

As a Service BDC Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to manage the service schedule and keep our clients informed.

  • Manage Communications: Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Schedule Success: Coordinate and book service appointments efficiently to maximize shop flow.
  • Keep Customers Informed: Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
  • Build Relationships: Use your professional "phone voice" to provide a welcoming and helpful experience every time.
