Salary: $18 USD per hour (On‑site)

Role Purpose

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.

Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers with check‑ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues in the airport while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Host self‑service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircraft.
  • Interpret identification labels, baggage and cargo routing tags.
  • Ensure all work areas (check‑in, lobby, gate, baggage) are organized and functional.
  • Make announcements, check baggage, and assign seats in the gate area.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions given in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Positive, can‑do, upbeat personality; remains calm under pressure.
  • Ability to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check‑in areas.
