LAZ Parking, one of the largest operators in the U.S. parking industry, seeks a friendly and professional Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Care Center. The role involves handling inbound calls from parkers for assistance across our U.S. parking facilities, troubleshooting issues, and logging all interactions in our tracking system. The position requires in‑office shifts during 3rd shift (Monday – Sunday), with weekend and holiday coverage.

- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Display a caring attitude and connect with customers.
- Multitask between various systems to assist the parker or customer.
- Log call activity and enter call data into the tracking system.
- Support LAZ field operations.
- Use proper grammar and spelling in all communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of call center or phone experience.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Sound English reading and comprehension; bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Ability to seek continuous improvement.
- Strong team‑building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
