Part-Time Greeter​/Cashier

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Greeter/Cashier to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming customers, efficiently handling cashier duties, and assisting with phone operations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a positive first impression.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
• Assist with receptionist duties including managing the front desk and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Provide general assistance to customers and support other team members as needed.

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or phone operator preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to answer phones professionally and manage multiple lines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

This is a part-time position including evenings and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
