Retail Service Operations Specialist

• Deliver superior customer service to customers, contract owners and financial advisors
• Execute customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Support processing of written requests
• Demonstrate active listening and critical thinking to assess customer needs

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong preference for experience navigating multiple applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task
• Proven success in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of annuities, 401k products, life insurance, mutual funds or stock market activity preferred
• Experience with PEGA, FAST, Hexure, and Fire Light is a plus

Demonstrates strong customer service capabilities with a focus on active listening, critical thinking, and effective communication. Familiarity with financial products and experience in fast-paced environments are essential for success.
