An established and growing architectural firm is seeking a Project Architect with 8+ years of experience to join its collaborative team. This role is ideal for an architect with strong technical expertise who enjoys taking projects from design through construction documentation while working across a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate construction documents for projects of varying size and complexity
- Perform building code research and ensure compliance throughout the design process
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and project stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, documentation, and deliverables
- Support projects in healthcare, senior living, commercial, and multifamily/residential markets
- 8+ years of architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation
- Experience with Bluebeam, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, or similar design software
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
