• Shape architectural concepts into coordinated design packages that carry from early planning through construction support.
• Build and refine Revit models, drawing sets, diagrams, and presentation materials for active project teams.
• Translate program needs, site conditions, and stakeholder priorities into practical, visually compelling design responses.
• Partner with architects, consultants, and internal disciplines to resolve design and documentation questions.
• Support project quality by reviewing work for coordination, clarity, and consistency before key deliverables are issued.
• Participate in construction phase activities, helping address field questions and maintain alignment with the approved design.
• Contribute ideas in critiques and working sessions while incorporating feedback from more experienced design leaders.
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines across multiple project phases in a collaborative hybrid studio environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required for consideration.
• Bring 3 to 6 or more years of professional architectural experience, with exposure to multiple phases of project delivery.
• Present a portfolio that demonstrates design judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate architectural ideas visually.
• Use Revit confidently, backed by at least two years of academic or professional experience with the platform. Advanced Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Understand core architectural documentation practices and how design decisions progress toward construction.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and project partners, both visually and verbally.
• Bring curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative approach to design problem solving.
• Familiarity with sustainable design concepts or credentials such as LEED or WELL is valued.
