• Opportunity to practice across a broad network that includes academic medical centers, community teaching hospitals, and a large multi-specialty medical group.
• Reporting to the Division Director of Infectious Disease, responsibilities include:oOutpatient consultations, including HIV and Hepatitis C treatmento
Inpatient consultations at an academic medical centero
Wound care managemento
Active involvement in infection control and hospital epidemiology programso
Participation in post-graduate medical education (fellows, residents, and medical students), with academic appointment at the Assistant Professor levelo
Collaboration with an active hospitalist program for inpatient careo
Shared call responsibilities with other ties to work in transplant medicineo
Access to research resources and opportunities
Qualifications:
oBC/BE Infectious Disease Physiciano Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut
