Requirements  Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a locum Hematology/Oncology provider to start as soon as credentialed. Details are listed below.

Schedule:

3 clinic days M-F 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call infrequent
Assignment Length: 6 months - 1 year assignment with possibility to extend.

Setting:
Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
Reason for coverage: LOACall schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10

Adults/Geriatric
80 Hem 20 Onc
* no internal Med
10 physicians in practice 8 APPs
10 PPD for hospital 15 for outpatient

Level I Trauma EMR:
Epic Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.

Rates to be sumbitted:
Malpractice rates must be included in rates

Hourly

Holiday Hourly
24-hour weekend call with minimum of 4 hours gratis

Holiday 24-hour weekend call with minimum of 4 hours gratis

Night call with minimum of 2 hours gratis

Holiday Night call with minimum of 2 hours gratis

Call back Holiday Call back Conversion Fee: 25k
