The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving for results, using data to drive and inform instruction, inspiring, engaging, and empowering students and families, establishing and maintaining a culture of high expectations, building effective relationships with students, families and peers, and ensuring fidelity to curriculum, instructional excellence and best-practices in assessment.

- Certification/License: Appropriate CT State Certification
- Education: An accredited bachelor s or master s degree
- Experience: At least three years of teaching experience at the intermediate elementary and middle school level.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
School Principal
Ten month work year. Standard teacher work schedule, including attendance at professional development, open houses, parent conferences and staff meetings as needed.
Compensation is dependent on education, years of relevant experience and certification. This is a full-time position that comes with benefits.
