Middle School Certified English Language & Arts Teacher
Jumoke Academy seeks a motivated and innovative middle school certified English Language & Arts (ELA) Teacher, who are committed to excellence for every child and will accept nothing less. These individuals must be highly motivated and mission-driven; teachers who sweat the small stuff without losing sight of the big picture. The ideal teacher candidate will have a proven track record of:

Qualifications:
Certification/License:
Appropriate CT State Teaching Certification for ELA
Education:
An accredited Bachelor's or Masters Degree
Experience:
At least three years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
Immediate Supervisor:
School Principal
Terms of Employment and
Work Schedule:
Ten month work year. Standard teacher work schedule, including attendance at professional development, open houses, parent conferences and staff meetings as needed.
