Jumoke Academy TED (Thelma Ellis Dickerson) Elementary Campus is in need of a full-time one-to-one academic assistant to provide academic support to a scholar in the school setting. Position:

Qualifications:
Experience working with children or 2 year Associate's Degree; high school diploma required Some computer skills preferred Must be reliable with attendance and have great personality with children
Job Description:
The academic assistant performs varied instructional, academic and behavior intervention, and supervisory tasks in regards to assisting the scholars in the classroom as required by the school. The academic assistant may be required to assist scholars with specific basic needs.
Reports To:
The academic assistant works under the immediate direction and supervision of the assigned teacher. The academic assistant is evaluated by and ultimately reports to the dean of academics. This is a full-time 10-month position with benefits.
