Job Description
Coach students in career and life design strategies through individual appointments and group settings. Initiates and supports programming and events. Manages related outreach to students, student organizations, employers, and alumni. Liaises with campus partners to support the objectives and activities of the Career & Life Design Center.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
- Design, plan, and support career and life design programs to provide experiential learning, including events, trainings, panels, conferences, and networking activities. Assess effectiveness of programs and evaluate changing needs.
- Document coaching sessions (e.g., individual appointments, email, Zoom, and telephone consultations) in a content management system (Handshake) to be used for data compilation.
- Serve as liaison to campus partners to develop strategies for communication and collaborative programming.
- Represent Center and College at meetings, conferences, and events both on and off campus.
- Support team‑wide initiatives focused on international students.
- Lead and provide occasional support for evening and weekend events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Social Work, Business, or a related field.
- 1‑3 Years Work Experience.

- Knowledge of career and industry trends and resources, career‑coaching skills.
