ReNEW Schools is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for the 2026-27 school year. This position is district wide and involves implementing a full-day readiness pre-kindergarten program for children aged 3 and 4.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are desirable.
The salary for this ten-month position ranges from $42,245 to $44,832 according to the Hartford Federation of Child Development Associates salary grid.
