• Valid special education teaching certification
• Previous experience supporting students in grades 9-12 preferred
• Solid background in developing and implementing IEPs
• Skilled in both reading and math intervention strategies
• Strong communicator with an adaptable, team-based mindset
• Passion for inclusivity and promoting student engagement

• Case manage a caseload of 10-15 students with mild to moderate exceptionalities
• Design and adapt instruction for individual and small group settings
• Lead targeted reading and math intervention sessions to boost academic achievement
• Collaborate directly with general education teachers while co-teaching within grade-level ELA and Math classes
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and update IEP goals accordingly
• Partner with families and other specialists to support holistic student growth
