We are seeking an energetic and caring Toddler Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact during one of the most important stages of a child's development.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will create a warm, supportive classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and develop new skills. The ideal candidate is patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of young learners.

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's development through play-based learning and structured activities.
• Encourage language development, social interaction, and independence.
• Maintain daily communication with families regarding their child's progress and experiences.
• Observe and document developmental milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care and education.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience working with toddlers or young children preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements and pass required background checks.
