Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Utilities Operator to maintain and lead the Co-Gen, Boiler House, and Water Treatment processes at the New Milford facility. The role requires expertise in cogeneration, turbines, boilers, chillers, and DCS, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
The candidate will supervise on-shift operations, develop daily plans, train junior staff, and coordinate with utilities and ISO-NE. A CT OE-2 license is preferred and shift work (nights/weekends) is required.
