ResponsibilitiesNeeding approximately 80 non-consecutive hours for OS upgrades, SQL server upgrades, and migrations.
The agency needs a senior network resource to work on imaging and network issues with Word (auto-save does not work) and Word as a Collaboration tool on SharePoint (collaboration does not work).
Agency also needs OS upgrades to Windows 2022 (from Windows 2012 R2), with migrations of applications (web-based, SQL backend systems).
The resource must hold the minimum Bachelors of Computer Science degree, or Mechanical engineering degree, or Electrical engineering degree, and also be experienced with complex network projects and resolutions of service packs issues.
The resource will be responsible for upgrading SQL servers from 2016 to 2022, and resolving any network issues.
The resource will create an image for our current and new devices.
Resource must be available ASAP and at various times in Feb, March, April and May.
Can be remote, heavy accents are ok; must have both educational backgrounds (computer science, mechanical or electrical engineering) and track record of success with similar projects.
QualificationsMinimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with complex network projects and service pack resolution.
