Project Executive - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Pay: $160,000 - $215,000
Bonus:

Reports to:

Overview
- Lead large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects (WWTP, tanks, pump stations)
- Step into executive-level leadership with oversight of multiple projects and teams
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, execution, and growth
- Senior Project Manager or Project Executive with direct WWTP / water infrastructure experience
- Proven leader on high-value municipal or industrial projects
- Strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
- Experienced in MEP, process piping, and heavy civil construction
- Motivated to grow into executive leadership
- Deep knowledge of:
- Water & wastewater treatment plants
- Pump stations, tanks, and process equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, controls, and civil systems
- Strong command of:
- Project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Contract management (AIA / EJCDC)
- Scheduling and full project lifecycle execution
- Effective leader with strong communication and team development skills
- Lead complex, high-value construction projects from start to finish
- Manage multiple project teams to ensure schedule, budget, and profitability targets
- Own and manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify risks, solve problems, and drive accountability across teams
- Collaborate with leadership on project and department strategy
- Support estimating efforts when needed
- Develop and manage project schedules (end-to-end)
- Oversee procurement and early buyout of materials and subcontractors
- Ensure safety compliance across all projects
- Manage project financials : budgets, forecasting, change orders, cost control
- Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams with superintendents
- Oversee documentation: RFIs, submittals, reporting, closeout
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, construction math)
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- High proficiency in project scheduling and planning
- Experience with:
- Procore
- Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA/safety certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Office + active construction sites
- Exposure to outdoor conditions
- Occasional lifting (30+ lbs)
- Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Daytime hours aligned with project teams
- ~50+ hours/week
