Structures Technician; Aircraft Structures​/Sheet Metal Technician

Position: Structures Technician (Aircraft Structures / Sheet Metal Technician)
This role focuses on aircraft structural repair, modification, inspection, and composite work on Global and Challenger business aircraft, supporting a high-performance corporate aviation environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and long-term reliability of advanced business jets.

* Perform aircraft structural troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance

* Fabricate and modify aircraft structural components and sheet metal parts

* Perform minor composite structural repairs on attached or detached components

* Assist with hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures

* Support complex structural repairs both on and off aircraft

* Remove and install aircraft structural components as required

* Assist with aircraft component repairs and modifications

* Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations when needed

* Operate ground support equipment as required

* Assist with aircraft towing and repositioning operations

* Support maintenance activities at off-site locations when required

* Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards

* Participate in 5S workplace organization and cleanliness initiatives

* Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with manuals and regulations

* Perform work safely, efficiently, and within required timelines
