As we continue to grow our environmental practice throughout Connecticut, we are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Professional | Project Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned environmental professional who is passionate about leading complex projects, mentoring staff, and building strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in managing environmental investigations, remediation programs, brownfield redevelopment projects, and regulatory compliance efforts while helping shape the future growth of our Connecticut environmental practice.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through completion, including site investigations, remediation, permitting, compliance, and brownfield redevelopment initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
- Ensure all project work meets regulatory requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Contribute to business development efforts through client interaction, proposal preparation, networking, and pursuit of new opportunities.
- Mentor, supervise, and support the growth of early-career and mid-level environmental professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for clients throughout Connecticut and the Northeast.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related field.
- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience.
- Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) certification
- Strong understanding of Connecticut environmental regulations and regulatory programs.
- Proven project management experience, including budget and schedule management.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff mentoring experience.
Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills. - Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
