Title:

Pay: $160,000 to $215,000.
Bonus: performance-based bonuses tied to company and project profitability.

This role is focused on our expansion efforts and will work projects in water and wastewater treatment plants/facilities/tanks and potentially in commercial construction.

Who You Are- A highly tenured Senior Project Manager or existing PX with direct, hands‑on experience delivering water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and water infrastructure projects
- Proven leader on complex, high‑dollar municipal or industrial water projects, with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships.
- Ambitious to grow into executive ranks.
- Experienced operating in technically complex environments involving process equipment, mechanical systems, controls, electrical, civil, and structural work.
- Emotional intelligence so you can be coached on our construction processes as well as receiving leadership coaching every month.
- Well‑rounded experience with water and wastewater treatment plants/facilities, towers, tanks, pump stations, instrumentation, large HVAC, complex electrical, large equipment installation, heavy and large road or concrete work, etc.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, documentation, project scheduling and controls, and contractual requirements across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong command of project financials, including budget development, cost control, forecasting, and change management.
- Thorough working knowledge of contracts, with a disciplined approach to fiduciary responsibility and compliance.

- Lead the most complex and higher value construction projects.
- Deep dive into details when the team is struggling, sharing your experience to solve the problem while also coaching and developing the team so they can do it in the future.
- Lead multiple project teams ensuring no slippage of work schedules and budgets to deliver the targeted profit.
- Work closely with senior executives for management of the department and teams.
- 100% understand the contracts and how to manage all projects with the contracts.
- 100% own the client/developer relationship to optimize the project while balancing contract fiduciary duties to correctly protect for company profits and deliver the project.
- Must have high ability to catch mistakes or misses by the team, conduct deep dive research to know the issues, develop a solution that is aligned with the contract and potential legal outcomes, and then to delegate the actions for solving it while also ensuring accountability of all parties working the solutions.
- Must be able to consistently deliver profitable projects while not letting errors go unchecked while also concurrently developing staff to grow and stay ahead of those issues.
- Must be able to professionally work upstream with Estimating, providing inputs and at times doing portions of the Estimate to help the capacity of the company and landing work.
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of municipal water and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and water infrastructure projects, in compliance with public-sector contract requirements (AIA / EJCDC-based agreements) and accountable for full project delivery from notice to proceed through final acceptance and closeout.
