Project Manager Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects with varying team members.
- Coordinate project designs with clients, business development staff, managers, and engineers.
- Identify business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
- Prepare engineering, equipment, and EPC proposals and fee estimates.
- Prepare management reports for internal and external use.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
- Provide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project execution.
- Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development.
- Perform quality control and peer review when required.
- Manage billing of projects and coordinate with AP/AR.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate trades with sub‑consultants.
- Lead project meetings, attend onsite job meetings, and coordinate activities as required.
- Perform other project‑management related duties as assigned.
- Complete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g., timesheets, expense reports).
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding initiative, well‑organized, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading teams.
- Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- University degree or related technical training; preferred experience in electrical projects.
- One to five years of relevant experience.
- Background check clearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- First Aid/AED.
- OSHA 10.
- PMP certification desired, but not required.
