• Manage multiple projects with varying team members.
• Coordinate project designs with clients, business development staff, managers, and engineers.
• Identify business opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
• Prepare engineering, equipment, and EPC proposals and fee estimates.
• Prepare management reports for internal and external use.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
• Provide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project execution.
• Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development.
• Perform quality control and peer review when required.
• Manage billing of projects and coordinate with AP/AR.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate trades with sub‑consultants.
• Lead project meetings, attend onsite job meetings, and coordinate activities as required.
• Perform other project‑management related duties as assigned.
• Complete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g., timesheets, expense reports).

• Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding initiative, well‑organized, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading teams.
• Excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications.
• University degree or related technical training; preferred experience in electrical projects.
• One to five years of relevant experience.

• Background check clearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First Aid/AED.
• OSHA 10.
• PMP certification desired, but not required.
