Gpac is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Connecticut facility to lead manufacturing and process engineering in a high-volume injection molding environment. This role focuses on driving technical execution and developing robust processes that ensure quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of leadership experience in injection molding and a proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) and process validation. Experience in regulated environments like ISO 13485 is preferred.
