As a Senior Designer specializing in Manufacturing Process Planning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality designs that align with project objectives and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine manufacturing process design requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations using CAD software and simulation technologies to validate design decisions and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Mentor junior designers through structured training sessions and comprehensive design documentation, fostering continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing designs with overall project objectives.
- Partner with quality assurance teams to uphold high standards through design reviews and validations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process planning principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as CAD software and simulation applications.
- Experience with prototype development and proof-of-concept methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
