Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer
Location:
Hartford CT, Atlanta, or St. Paul (Any Location, 5 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Only W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DMAIC/DMADV process improvement initiatives and kaizen events with cross-functional teams
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments
- Develop data-driven business cases and improvement roadmaps for senior leadership
- Establish KPIs and control plans to sustain gains post-implementation
- Collaborate with Deloitte leadership and client stakeholders to deliver against engagement objectives
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Active LSS Black Belt certification (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent) — mandatory
- 8+ years in process improvement or operational excellence roles
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
