STV Incorporated in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our transportation engineering team. You will perform traffic studies, design signals for CTDOT and municipalities, and contribute to roadway design elements and safety analyses.
The ideal candidate has a BSCE with PE licensure, 5–10 years of experience, and proficiency with Micro Station, Open Roads, AutoCAD, VISSIM, Synchro/Sim Traffic, and HCS. Strong communication skills are essential.
