A Premium Server plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service during events. Their primary function is to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and attended to, following event specifications and service standards. From the setup of banquet spaces to the seamless execution of meal service, they maintain an acute focus on detail and hospitality.

Servers work collaboratively with kitchen and event staff to ensure the timely delivery of courses, adapt to guest needs in real time, and uphold the ambiance and quality of the event. Beyond serving, Premium Servers contribute to the overall success of events by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the service. They reset spaces for subsequent events and ensure that all equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately.

Whether it's a formal gala, a corporate event, or a wedding reception, this applies. Premium Servers are integral in creating a positive impression of the venue and event host, embodying professionalism, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude.

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94 and is tip eligible.

The Peoples Bank Arena is Connecticut’s premier destination for sports & entertainment. The 15,000-seat downtown arena is home to the eleventh‑time National Champion UConn Women's Basketball team and the six‑time National Champion UConn Men's Basketball team.
