Assurance Senior Associate [Financial Services Group]

We are looking for an experienced assurance professional to join our Financial Services Group. The role focuses on private equity, hedge fund, broker‑dealer, fund‑to‑fund and real‑estate fund clients.
YOUR ROLEResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead engagements on specific client accounts, overseeing pre‑engagement planning, execution and final deliverables.
- Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules.
- Build a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services and actively participate in proposals.
- Manage a team of staff associates and interns, providing regular performance coaching and feedback while developing team technical and industry skills.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate communication and clear leadership.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting (required).
- CPA designation (required).
- 4+ years’ experience at a public accounting firm (required).
- Financial Services industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of audit software (Pro System Fx a plus). - Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
