The Manager of FP&A leads company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across a services-based organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, ensure financial discipline, and drive profitable growth. The position brings deep expertise in Net Suite, Suite Projects, percentage-of-completion accounting, and ASC 606 revenue recognition to strengthen financial rigor and visibility.
Responsibilities- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making
- Partner with executive leadership to analyze financial performance, trends, and variances
- Oversee project-based financial tracking using Net Suite and Suite Projects, including margin analysis and cost controls
- Ensure accurate application of percentage-of-completion accounting for services engagements
- Support ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance, including contract review, revenue schedules, and audit readiness
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and board-ready financial materials
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and data quality
- Collaborate with Accounting to align forecasting, actuals, and close activities
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial leadership experience within a services or professional services organization
- Strong hands-on experience with Net Suite, including Suite Projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in percentage-of-completion accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting
