On-Site $35-$45/hour (depending on experience)
Job DescriptionTreasury Administrator (Temp-to-Hire) Hartford County, CT | On-Site $35-$45/hour (depending on experience) We are seeking a Treasury Administrator to support daily treasury and cash management operations. This position will be responsible for banking activities, deposit processing, carrier coordination, recordkeeping, and payment support.
- Manage daily treasury operations, wire activity, and banking portals.
- Coordinate deposit processing, vault activities, and armored carrier pickups.
- Track deposits, change orders, and banking documentation.
- Maintain treasury logs, records, schedules, and compliance files.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate treasury supply requests.
- Review invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as backup support for ACH, wire, and accounts payable payment processing.
- Communicate with banks, vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders regarding treasury operations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years in treasury for a large organization Must be willing to submit to drug, background, and credit check INDA
