Key Responsibilities: FP&A Specialist

• FP&A Specialist will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support across business units
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and advanced data models
• Drive automation, data validation, and reporting process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives
• Support Oracle PCM validation and broader financial systems optimization

Qualifications for the FP&A Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or related experience
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboards
• Experience with financial systems, including Oracle EPM/Smart View;
  Python is a huge plus
