FP&A / Financial Data & Reporting Lead

Location: Hartford (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 + ~12% bonus

• Lead reporting enhancements and develop scalable financial dashboards (Power BI)
• Partner across finance and business teams to support forecasting and planning
• Serve as the liaison between finance and systems (Oracle/PCM)
• Drive automation and improve data workflows and reporting processes
• Deliver insights and presentations to senior leadership
  
  Support ad hoc analytics and strategic initiatives

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
• Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation)
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial principles
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar EPM tools preferred (Python a plus)
