FP&A Financial Specialist (Hybrid – Hartford, CT)

A highly stable and well-established financial services organization is seeking an experienced FP&A Financial Specialist to join its growing analytics and reporting team. This is a high‑visibility role combining financial planning, data analytics, and systems optimization to support strategic decision‑making.

• Develop and enhance financial reporting and analytics tools
• Build advanced Power BI dashboards and models
• Support forecasting, expense management, and planning processes
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance, HR, and operations teams
• Optimize data workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency
• Present insights and analysis to stakeholders and leadership

• 7+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
• Strong accounting/finance foundation
• Advanced Power BI skills (required)
• Experience with Python and data analytics tools preferred
• Exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
