Position

Summary

This role will function as the Financial Planning and Analysis consolidations lead for Products & Services and Data & Analytics within DDAT (Data & Analytics and Technology). The role will serve as an advisor and report directly to the CFO responsible for this $1B+ capital and expense portfolio. The role will be a key member and partner to others on the team, interfacing with leaders to ensure accurate and timely consolidations.

This position will consolidate the month end financials, forecasts, multi‑year plans, and budgets to support reporting, strategic decisions, and stakeholder meetings. The ideal candidate will look to drive process improvements, innovation, and the implementation of best practices in financial operations and consolidations. The role will represent the team in cross‑functional efforts and will assist in ad‑hoc requests as needed. Key interactions for this role include executive leaders and financial stakeholders.

The candidate will manage and develop an analyst and lead budgeting and forecasting within DDAT Admin.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related work experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a similar analytical function
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in MS tools, including Excel and Power Point
  • Strong business partnership and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
  • Proven problem solving and decision‑making skills; mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing self/others)
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and complex environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CVS financial systems and planning tools a plus
  • Experience supporting Technology and/or corporate shared services areas in previous roles a plus
  • Leverage strong financial modeling skills (Excel and advanced functions like Macros, Index Match, vLookup, etc)
  • Assist in the development of ad‑hoc analyses and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Drives continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Has experience designing and executing process improvements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred); MBA/CPA or other relevant professional certification a plus
Pay Range

$82,940.00 - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
