Provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. The position also contributes to month‑end close activities, management reporting, and process improvements within the FP&A function.

• Assists in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Medicare organization.
• Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting exercises by monitoring and analyzing actual financial performance against targets.
• Builds and maintains financial models to support planning and decision‑making.
• Partners with business units to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Drives process improvements and automation within FP&A.
• Collaborates across teams and supports team deliverables.

• 0–2 years work experience
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Excel proficiency

• Financial reporting and analysis experience
• Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
