Role: Financial Analyst II in Investment Accounting, primarily responsible for maintaining the investment subledger, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile investment trading and cash activities
- Run valuation processes and perform controls
- Prepare net investment income analysis, disclosures, and regulatory reports
- Assist with audit inquiries and ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Collaborate on process improvements, leverage automation, and ensure data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years of financial analysis and process improvement experience
- Proficiency in manipulating large datasets, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of financial reporting and ePAM a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
This role demands analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to support accurate, compliant financial reporting and process enhancement.
