As a Financial Consultant (Representative), you will help individuals, families, and business owners develop personalized financial strategies that align with their goals and priorities. Through Northwestern Mutual's comprehensive planning approach, you will guide clients through important financial decisions surrounding wealth accumulation, retirement planning, investments, insurance, education funding, business planning, and estate considerations.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

  • Identify opportunities to grow and maintain a strong referral-based practice
  • Conduct financial reviews and ongoing planning conversations

Preferred

  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, client service, banking, finance, insurance, or wealth management
  • Existing industry licenses (Life & Health, Series 6, 7, 63, or 66)
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition or relationship management
  • CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, or other industry designations
