Key Responsibilities for the CFOLead financial strategy and provide oversight for acquisitions, divestitures, and startup entities
Develop, validate, and analyze pro formas and complex financial models for growth initiatives
Serve as a key financial partner during due diligence, transactions, and partner discussions
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, and business partners
Oversee the accounting and finance organization, including Controllers and broader accounting staff
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, scalability, and organizational effectiveness
Ideal BackgroundInsurance industry experience required; MGA and/or Bermuda market experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success with M&A transactions, due diligence, and financial modeling
Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, Controller, Head of Accounting, or similar senior finance leader
Proven ability to operate credibly with executive leadership, partners, and external stakeholders
TravelApproximately 20 days per year for executive meetings, partner collaboration, and leadership events
