Our client, a well-established, privately held organization with a global presence, is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership across a significant and complex business operation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader with strong controlling, FP& A, financial planning, and business partnering experience who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Own P& L, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance

+ Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management

+ Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

+ Drive process, reporting, and systems improvements across the finance function

+ Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards

+ Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience

+ Experience leading finance teams

+ Strong FP& A, forecasting, and analytical skills

+ Strong U.S. GAAP and controls knowledge

+ ERP and advanced Excel experience

+ Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ CPA, CMA, or MBA

+ IFRS and/or international finance exposure

+ Working capital or cost accounting experience

+ Multi-entity or global organization experience
