Controller
Our client, a well-established, privately held organization with a global presence, is seeking a Controller to provide financial leadership across a significant and complex business operation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader with strong controlling, FP&A, financial planning, and business partnering experience who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Drive process, reporting, and systems improvements across the finance function
- Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team
