Job Reference: AHOur client, a well-established, privately held organization with a global presence, is seeking a Regional Finance Director to provide financial leadership across a significant and complex business operation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader with strong controlling, FP&A, and business partnering experience who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own P&L, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance
Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and performance management
Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Drive process, reporting, and systems improvements across the finance function
Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and adherence to U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team
